Payments

Would you like to pay for your order in advance?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. The items will be reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 10 working days). Depending on the credit institution, it may take up to 5 working days for us to receive your payment.

Important notes for bank transfers:
Please always enter the G&G transaction number as the payment reference. Please make a separate transfer for each order. Returns will always be refunded to the account from which the advance payment was originally transferred.

You only pay for the items you keep. Returns will be credited to you once processing is complete.

When purchasing on account, the outstanding amount is due within the specified payment period – we should receive your payment by the specified date.

With us, the date of invoice is always the same as the date of dispatch.

Returns
You have already made a payment and are now returning the item(s). In this case, a refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made unless your order was for custom-made products or standard/further processing.

Reference – incorrect entry –
Have you accidentally entered incomplete or incorrect information for the payment reference? No problem! Sending us a short message will make it easier for us to allocate the payment to your order.

Payment by invoice
The “Payment by invoice” option isn’t available to you? We are sorry if the purchase on account option is not offered for your order. Unfortunately, we can only offer this payment method to selected companies and existing customers. If you are a corporate customer and would like to purchase on account in the future, please contact us to arrange an individual term of payment.

Outstanding amount
Not sure what your “outstanding amount” is?
If you have set up a customer account with G&G, you can view your outstanding invoice amounts there at any time.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have selected “Payment by PayPal”, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process.

If you are already a PayPal customer.
You only need to log into your PayPal account with your user data and make the payment as usual.

Are you new to PayPal?
Then you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account in just a few steps.

Use PayPal as a guest without a PayPal account.
If you do not wish to have a PayPal account, you can still use the service. However, please note the following restrictions: A guest payment is only possible three times for each person. Without a PayPal account, you can only transfer a maximum amount of €1,500. If you use the service as a guest, PayPal will check the data you enter. SCHUFA, Infoscore Consumer Data GmbH and eBay are used for purposes of comparison. To make your payment, simply proceed as follows: Select “Payment by PayPal” as the payment method. Click on “Direct debit or credit card” or “You don’t have a PayPal account?” under the login. You can now enter your credit card or bank details to authorise PayPal to debit the amount in question via the payment method of your choice. Tick the box to indicate that you have read and accept the content of the Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. If you agree and have entered all the data correctly, the payment process can be completed. To do this, click on “Agree and continue”. We generally post the receipt of payment within a few minutes. This means that nothing stands in the way of the further processing of your order.

Returns
Returns will be credited to the PayPal account that you used. You can specify whether the amount is to be credited to your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account via PayPal. To do this, all you have to do is select your preferred payment source for online payments.
