BONspeed sprockets made of steel

BONspeed® sprockets made of C45 material are produced ready for installation with an H7 fixed hole, induction-hardened teeth, a DIN groove and 2 threaded holes on the sprocket hub. They are the best-value alternative to subsequently further machined standard sprockets, especially when time is of the essence and only a small quantity is required. BONspeed® is a registered trademark of G&G Antriebstechnik GmbH.
BONspeed® sprockets for roller chains according to DIN ISO / ASA
G&G BONspeed® brand sprockets are completely prefabricated as simplex sprockets with a fixed hole diameter, DIN groove and a set screw above the groove. Each sprocket is induction-hardened.
Due to the large number of different pitches and hole diameters, BONspeed sprockets are sold in around 750 product variants. BONspeed is a private brand of G&G Antriebstechnik GmbH, Gütersloh.
Sprockets from G&G Antriebstechnik GmbH are mainly produced for industrial applications in mechanical and plant engineering. Sprocket drives are used for power transmission. They consist of a roller chain and two or more sprockets, in some cases supplemented by return sprockets, chain tensioners, chain guide rails and/or special chain lubrication systems.
Like any other sprocket, BONspeed® sprocket must match the geometry and dimensions of the teeth of the roller chains being used. This is regulated by the relevant DIN / ASA standards.
