Made of high-quality Steel Cf53 (1.1213), these shafts are characterized by excellent dimensional accuracy and surface quality. With a diameter of 50 and the precise tolerance h6 (tolerance zone 0/-16 µm), they are optimally adapted for use with linear ball bearings or plain bushes. To ensure maximum wear resistance combined with a tough shaft core, the shafts feature a surface hardness of min. 59 HRC with a minimum hardening depth of 1,5 mm. For precise guidance over the entire length of 1000 mm, a maximum straightness of 0,20 mm/m guarantees low-distortion running. This combination of surface hardness and high shape accuracy ensures a long service life and minimizes maintenance efforts for your linear systems.
