The precisely manufactured round cross-section with a diameter 25,0 and tolerance h9 enables easy bearing support and minimizes assembly effort in corresponding bores or linear bearings. This model has 128 teeth and is manufactured in a length of 1000 mm. Made from the material Stainless Steel, the gear rack features a gearing quality of 8. Due to the cylindrical shape, the component is particularly suitable for applications where the gear rack is to be guided directly in plain guides or bushes to minimize friction and wear. The Racks round are available from stock. Beyond the standard version, we offer the option of further mechanical machining of the gear racks according to your specific drawing, for example, to realize keyways, threads, or individual pins at the shaft end.
