The sprockets are equipped with a high-quality ball bearing, guaranteeing quiet running and maintenance-free bearing operation. Installation usually takes place in combination with a matching tensioning element (lever arm) to dynamically absorb load changes and vibrations. The idler sprocket is precisely matched to the 16B-1 pitch and has 13 teeth. It is designed for use with a simplex roller chain. Made of Steel C45, the component offers high wear resistance. Upon request, the idler sprocket is also available in a stainless variant for corrosion-prone environments.
