Chain tensioning wheel duplex | Pitch 24B-2 | 11 teeth | M20 | E=140

Chain tensioning wheel act as free-running deflection and guide units to ensure constant pre-tensioning in the chain strand and reliably compensate for chain slack. The sprockets are equipped with a high-quality ball bearing, guaranteeing quiet running and maintenance-free bearing operation. Installation usually takes place in combination with a matching tensioning element (lever arm) to dynamically absorb load changes and vibrations. The idler sprocket is precisely matched to the 24B-2 pitch and has 11 teeth. It is designed for use with a duplex roller chain. Made of Steel C45, the component offers high wear resistance. Upon request, the idler sprocket is also available in a stainless variant for corrosion-prone environments.
