Installation usually takes place in combination with a matching tensioning element (lever arm) to dynamically absorb load changes and vibrations. The idler sprocket is precisely matched to the 24B-3 pitch and has 11 teeth. It is designed for use with a triplex roller chain. Made of Steel C45, the component offers high wear resistance. Upon request, the idler sprocket is also available in a stainless variant for corrosion-prone environments.
